Urbani combines the most prized of the “fruits” of the woods, the porcino mushroom, and the king of the table, the truffle, to create Porcini and truffle ready sauce, that will enhance any course. Ideal for crostini, bruschetta and egg recipes. Excellent for seasoning fresh and dry pastas and even risottos. Also excellent paired with meat and fish main courses.
