Description
The Tiri Traditional panettone comes from the original method of the historic Lucanian pastry house, established in 1957: three dough stages and 72 hours of preparation with sourdough starter for a particularly soft and fragrant panettone.
The dough is enriched with Australian sultanas and candied Staccia orange from Basilicata, with honey and Madagascar vanilla pods. The great festive classic, perfect for the Christmas table, at breakfast or after dinner.
