Planeta Extra virgin olive oil PDO 50cl

Planeta Extra virgin olive oil PDO is a fruity, sharp, spicy and intense oil: it comes from the cold pressing of whole olives of the Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla and Cerasuola varieties, harvested by hand from the first days of October in the organic olive grove of Capparrina, in Menfi (AG).

Early harvesting and continuous cycle processing guarantee an excellent product, bright green in colour with pistachio highlights. The nose has notes of fresh grass, green tomato, artichoke, seaweed, cedar and exotic woods, with an aromatic finish of basil.

Perfect with vegetable and legume soups, fresh cheeses, fish and grilled meats.
