Oleum Sicilia Sicilian citrus dressing is a refined dressing made with Italian extra virgin olive oil, enriched with the fresh, natural aromas of Sicilian citrus fruits. Its composition consists of 98.5% extra virgin olive oil and 1.5% citrus extracts, with pleasant notes of lemon and mandarin. With its fresh, aromatic and Mediterranean taste, it is ideal for enhancing fish, salads, vegetables, bruschetta and Mediterranean dishes. It is also perfect with rocket, bresaola and Parmesan shavings, or simply drizzled over toasted bread.
