Description
Pa’ncucciato is a naturally leavened cake shaped like a traditional panettone, made in a Palermo bakery. Its soft, fragrant dough brings together couscous, candied fruit (orange, black cherry, lemon, apricot) and raisins, with orange blossom honey, cinnamon and vanilla.
It is topped with a crunchy almond glaze. A festive bake with a Sicilian character, perfect after dinner with a dessert wine or as an original gift.
