Sulla honey 400g

Sicilian Black Bee Sulla honey Nettare di Corleone is a delicate and refined honey, characterised by a mild aroma and flavour, with balanced sweetness and subtle tangy notes. When liquid, it ranges in colour from colourless to pale yellow, while natural crystallisation gives it shades from white to light beige and a compact texture with fine to medium-sized crystals. Thanks to its delicate, mild flavour, it is ideal enjoyed on its own, for sweetening drinks and herbal teas, or for preparing cakes and nougat.
