Na.Ma Pesto di mandorla di Avola is a natural and versatile cream made with 70 percent selected almonds finely ground at low temperature to preserve essential oils. This pesto is made with only three ingredients: ensuring an even emulsion, which makes the finely ground almonds suitable for gourmet preparations, are sunflower seed oil and dosed sea salt. In addition, such pesto is naturally gluten-free and vegan, and is therefore able to offer a delicate and refined flavor to your dishes so that both adults and children will be happy.
