Na.Ma Almond paste from Avola is one of the typical Sicilian sweets, also known as “pasta reale” or “pasta martorana.”
This product is made from 35 percent Avola almonds, carefully selected, and is ideal for confectionery preparations, giving them a balanced aroma and creaminess: examples include almond milk, Sicilian “biancomangiare” almond pudding, and the garnish used to decorate Sicilian cassata.
