Legud Hulled Broad Beans are crafted in the heart of Puglia from carefully selected Italian pulses, sourced through a fully controlled supply chain. Thanks to an advanced mechanical dehulling process — carried out without solvents or additives — they are naturally easier to digest and quicker to prepare. No soaking is required, and cooking times are significantly reduced. Exceptionally versatile, they are ideal for silky soups and refined salads, preserving their authentic flavour and nutritional value while overcoming the traditional limitations of pulses. Cooking time: approximately 60–90 minutes by boiling; pressure cooking halves the time.
