Our Passata Rustica is made as you would make it, with hand-picked tomatoes, cooked and pasteurized in a bain-marie to keep all their flavor, and with abundant and fragrant fresh basil.
Good, full-bodied and light, it does not contain citric acid, but only a lot of tradition.
