Durum wheat semolina cous cous, medium, Le Eccellenze di P&V ready in 5 minutes.
Pour the desired amount into a bowl, add the same volume of hot, but not boiling, water or broth and leave to stand for a few minutes. Add salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and mash with a fork.
