This 100 per cent Passerina, made from certified organic grapes by the young winery Le Canà, is a fresh, approachable and immediate white wine that nonetheless manages to enchantingly convey the character of its terroir: the Marche, a region in central Italy that is establishing itself as one of the most interesting areas on the Italian wine scene. 

Thanks to its freshness, versatility and approachability, this wine is perfectly suited to accompanying both informal, convivial aperitifs and dinners featuring fish or vegetables.
