Description
The Infermentum Monte Nuvola is a leavened cake freely inspired by pandoro, with a fine, light and incredibly soft crumb thanks to 42 hours of preparation with sourdough starter.
Butter, cream, white chocolate, a touch of Marsala, acacia honey and Madagascar Bourbon vanilla give it an enveloping aroma, with no added flavourings, colourings or preservatives. Dust with icing sugar before serving: perfect for the festive table.
