The Infermentum Fig, Apple and Walnut panettone is a tribute to Verona and its winter tables, and the house’s best-loved creation. A soft sourdough with no raisins or candied citrus peel, where the softness of dried figs and the sweetness of candied apples meet the crunch of walnuts, with acacia honey and Bourbon vanilla.
It is topped with a glaze and chopped hazelnuts. Rustic yet elegant, it is perfect for the festive season.
