La Lasagna per la Famiglia by La Fabbrica della Pasta di Gragnano is made for the Sunday family bake: 7 large sheets produced in Gragnano from coarse-ground, first-extraction durum wheat semolina.
The sheets need no pre-cooking: simply layer them with ragù, béchamel or your favourite filling, cover with foil and bake for about 30 minutes. The result is a hearty lasagne that holds its layers beautifully.
