How do you prepare the tomato sauce? Tomato, onion, extra virgin olive oil, salt and basil, right? We too! And, like you, we don't add preservatives, dyes and additives. The Organic Giù Giù Siccagno Tomato Sauce is a totally Sicilian product and made with tomatoes whose soil is not irrigated with the classic methods, but kept moist by the same atmospheric humidity, which is why it is called "siccagno", or "almost dry".

Thanks to its flavor and its characteristics it is perfect to season a fresh dish of pasta or to prepare many recipes of which it will enhance the flavor.
