Girlan's Pinot Noir Patricia is a wine with its own character, particularly pronounced characteristics, intense personality and harmonious body, soft and deeply fruity.

Grape: 100% Pinot Noir.
Aging: 15 months in oak barrels and barriques, then 6 months in bottle.
Hints: Intensely fruity, with pleasant notes of berries, blackberries, vanilla and licorice.
Food pairings: aged cheeses, first and second courses with meat, roasted and grilled meat.
Alcohol strength: 13.5%.
Serving Temperature: 16°-18°C.
