Aromatic grape typical of northern Italy, in particular Trentino Alto Adige, maximum intensity on the nose, many floral notes and ripe fruit.

Intense colour, multifaceted bouquet, thanks to the six months spent in stainless steel in contact with the yeasts, Aimé is full-bodied on the palate but never cloying, in fact pleasantly fresh. It is a wine that can be understood by everyone and is truly excellent value for money. To drink as an aperitif but also to enjoy during the meal, not only with fish dishes.

Food pairings: very suitable for ethnic cuisine, vegetable or fish-based noodles, and fish preparations especially main courses such as soups and guazzetti.
