Presenting a light golden-yellow hue, this sparkling wine boasts an elegant and complex bouquet, with fragrant fruity notes that gently give way to a delicate hint of yeast. On the palate, it is fresh and creamy, offering a fine structure and an excellently persistent finish. Highly enjoyable throughout the meal—particularly alongside traditional Trentino dishes—it is also superb served chilled as an aperitif.
