Brezzo Arbutus honey, among the rarest and most valuable, is produced in a very restricted area and late in the season, when weather conditions often make it difficult for bees to work. Characterized by a strong smell of coffee grounds and bitter herbs and an intensely bitter astringent taste of bitter herbs and rhubarb.

It goes very well with cheeses, especially long aged, spicy or fatty ones. Excellent for making desserts (seadas) and alcoholic infusions.
