Extra virgin olive oil 0.5l

Berlingeri Extra Virgin Olive Oil is cold-pressed from olives of the Nocellara del Belice cultivar, carefully selected in the olive groves of the Berlingeri farm in Mazara del Vallo (TP), Sicily. Organic cultivation, hand-picking straight from the tree and pressing within 6 hours of harvest give an organic oil with a green colour and golden-yellow highlights, a clean olive aroma with grassy notes and a fruity taste with a slight peppery and bitter finish. Oleic acidity ranges from 0.1% to 0.3%. The oil is unfiltered to preserve its sensory qualities, so suspended particles may leave a slight deposit at the bottom of the bottle over time.
