This extra virgin olive oil, produced in the company’s experimental mill, is appreciated by top chefs of international renown. The Cerasuola olives, grown according to organic farming methods, are awarded the Protected Designation of Origin “Valli Trapanesi.” To produce this oil, the olives are carefully pitted without damaging the pulp. The result is an oil with a delicate aroma and a pleasant, elegant taste.
