Gin Mare is a gin with an authentic Mediterranean character, made with selected botanicals from different regions of the Mare Nostrum: Italian basil, Turkish thyme, Greek rosemary, Spanish citrus fruits and the prized Arbequina olive from Catalonia.
These ingredients, combined with the classic juniper, coriander and cardamom, create a unique distillate that encapsulates the aromas and flavours of the Mediterranean coast.

The nose reveals herbaceous notes of juniper and thyme, accompanied by a slight hint of olive. Juniper dominates the palate, followed by an elegant balance of basil, rosemary, thyme and coriander, for a fresh, aromatic and unmistakable taste.

One of the few gins with a distinctly herbaceous profile, Gin Mare combines lightness and intensity, making it perfect for creating contemporary and refined cocktails.
