L'ubriaco al Barolo DOCG is a hard cheese made from cow's milk that is aged for a few months in the cellars of Beppino Occelli in Valcasotto; it is then aged for another two months in Langa pomace enriched with Barolo wine.
Excellent to be enjoyed throughout the meal or as a base for creaming risottos.
