Bottle-fermented with must added to the base wine. Unfiltered and non-degorged, with the presence of yeasts in the bottle.

Aging: Cement

 

Hints: Intense, with fruity and floral sensations.

 

Food pairings: Excellent as an aperitif and with fish starters

 

Alcohol content: 12% vol.
