One of the most important classic method wines produced in Sicily. Planeta's Brut sparkling wine is produced from the most important white grape variety in the Etna area, Carricante. This sparkling wine is characterized by its remarkable freshness and lightness, and its fine, elegant bubbles. It pairs excellently with sushi, sashimi, and vegetarian noodles.
