Grape Variety: Blend of indigenous grape varieties

 

A new-generation Sicilian red wine from one of the historic wineries of the Marsala area. Finimondo by Cantine Pellegrino is a blend of Sicilian grape varieties, vinified with a portion of the grapes slightly dried, in order to give the wine softness, richness, and charm on the palate. Thanks to aging in wood and this particular winemaking process, the wine shows a warm, intense, and extremely enjoyable mouthfeel. Flexible in food pairings, this Sicilian red has a strong gastronomic vocation and a powerful, unforgettable personality.
