Patatas Nana “Le Sbagliate” are artisan crisps cut to a very fine thickness (0.8 mm), pan-fried at 165°C in sunflower oil and salted by hand. Their deliberately irregular, wavy shape makes them extra crispy and gives them an authentic flavour.
