Grape variety: Chardonnay

Certified organic Crémant from the Loire region, made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, with zero dosage. A Crémant with a unique character, zero dosage from the Loire region, where we have other Crémants but not made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. Agile, vibrant and tense, this sparkling wine combines pleasantness with depth of flavour and is excellent with raw fish, but can also be enjoyed on its own as a simple aperitif.
