The Piennolo del Vesuvio Russolillo cherry tomato is a product obtained from the manual processing of the long tomato.
It is cut into 4 pieces, processed according to ancient tradition without removing the skin (unlike peeled tomatoes) and placed in a container filled with its own juice. Finally, it is pasteurized using a delicate bain-marie cooking method so as not to alter its flavor.
