Hints: fine perlage and soft on the palate, with fruity, citrus notes and fresh floral nuances
Food pairings: lends itself beautifully to aperitifs on warm summer evenings, but equally as an accompaniment to fish and shellfish dishes, or vegetables and fresh cheeses
