Firriato Bayamore red is made from slightly ripe Merlot, Syrah and Frappato grapes. It is distinguished by the organoleptic characteristics brought as a dowry by the grapes thanks to the exposure to the sun and the temperature ranges that on these hilly soils contribute to engrave in the grapes, those unmistakable sensory peculiarities that are found expressed in the glass.
