Fina Makisè is a sparkling white wine made from only Grillo grapes harvested around mid-August is softly pressed and vinified in steel at a low temperature. This is followed by taking of foam in autoclave at a temperature of 15°C for 2 months.
Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights, it releases notes of white flowers and fruit combined with vegetal hints typical of the grape variety. The palate is reminiscent of citrus fruits and the summer breezes of the Sicilian coast.
An excellent wine to accompany light and tasty dishes, such as grilled fish, shellfish and crustaceans. Try it on white meats or served chilled as an aperitif.
