An oxidative white wine that revives the tradition of the most authentic Marsala, also known as pre-British, when Marsala was not fortified and underwent twenty years of aging using the perpetual method. In this bottle, depth of flavor and warmth always go hand in hand. A great example of a sweet wine that can stand up to the challenge of the table, and not just at the end of a meal. 

Alcohol content: 16.5% 

Food pairings: Blue cheeses, grilled fish, oven-baked red meats.
