Moscato dello Zucco is the result of ten years of experimentation by Cusumano winery, which has brought back to life an ancient wine produced following the techniques of yesteryear.
The grapes are harvested by hand and dried in the cellar to extract the best of aromas, sweetness and flavor. Production of Cusumano's Sicilia Bianco Passito IGT “Moscato dello Zucco” remains limited, for a true jewel of Sicilian winemaking.

Origin: Sicily, Italy
Grape variety: 100% Moscato Bianco
Aging: in the cellar until the initial weight is reduced by 50%, and after a very gentle pressing and a 12-hour static decantation, the must continues fermentation in oak kegs in which it remains until bottling
Hints: notes of honey, candied citrus, exotic fruit jam, acacia, vanilla and sweet spices
Food pairings: meditation wine at the end of a meal, ideal with dry pastries and tarts
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
