The Etna Bianco Alta Mora from Cantine Cusumano is an expression of Etna's most important white grape, Carricante. Fresh, mineral, and persistent, Etna Bianco is one of the most interesting white wines on the Italian wine scene. This great Sicilian white wine pairs excellently with grilled fish, vegetable soups, and fresh cheeses.
