Adènzia Red is made from Nero d'Avola and Syrah grapes grown in the Agrigento area.
The wine takes its name from the Sicilian term “adènzia,” which means “attention.” Baglio del Cristo di Campobello chose to name the wine this way to emphasize the added value that comes from the union of the two grape varieties.
Grape variety: Syrah 50% and Nero d'Avola 50%.
Aging: 10 months in large French oak and steel barrels and one year's rest in bottle
Hints: Enveloping and complex with notes of sweet spices, crunchy red fruit and tobacco
Food pairings: white meat dishes, red meat and the cheeses
Alcohol content: 14% vol.
