A blend of native Sicilian grape varieties: Grillo and Inzolia. Adenzia Bianco is an excellent example of a versatile, straightforward, and light Sicilian white wine. Thanks to aging in steel, this white wine has a strong, defined aroma and a palate with sensations of great freshness and minerality, making it persistent and dynamic. A Sicilian white wine with great balance and freshness, with remarkable gastronomic potential.
