Trento Doc Brut Cantine Sociali di Trento 601 is made from only Chardonnay grapes, harvested from high vocation vineyards owned by the Concilio winery, located in the hills around the city of Trento at an altitude of 600-650 meters above sea level. A light golden yellow bubble, it has an elegant and articulate nose, with fragrant fruit notes that dissolve on a delicate trace of yeast. On the palate it is fresh and creamy, with good structure and excellent persistence on the finish. Appreciable throughout a meal, particularly with traditional Trentino recipes, it is excellent served chilled as an aperitif.
