Ballarak's Sex Pils is a blond, 100% Pilsner beer that is fresh and citrusy and invites another sip and another. Brilliant golden color, clear, with a firm, persistent white foam, the floral and spicy delicacy of Saaz blends in Sex Pils with the fresher, citrus notes of dry hopped American hops. 
Hints of lime, white flowers and a herbaceous hint complete the profile. The palate has a dry, clean attack and a light body. Bitterness is well present but balanced, with an elegant and refreshing finish. American hopping adds a modern twist without distorting the style. 

Ballarak Brewery is the largest independent brewery in Sicily. It was born in Palermo in 2016 and to date has more than 30 labels and 3 venues in Palermo. Ballarak collaborates with the largest craft breweries in Italy and is Slow Food Snail 2025.
