Farfalla Extra Brut is the synthesis of elegance, freshness and complexity of Pinot Noir. This Metodo Classico Extra Brut sparkling wine represents the essence of the Ballabio style. It is straw yellow in colour, brilliant, with a very persistent and fine sparkle.
The nose has hints of mature fruit, floral and citrus notes, with a spicy note on the finish. The palate is fresh, savoury and dry, with a hint of bread crust, sage and grapefruit.
