A red wine made exclusively from Syrah grapes, which has become a cult wine in Sicily in just a few years. Long aging in wood, carefully selected grapes in the vineyard, and a suitable territory rich in tradition are the factors that make this wine a great Sicilian red, from Syrah grapes.

Alcohol content: 14%

Food pairings: Blue cheeses, stewed red meats, meat-based first courses.
