An elegant and seductive Sicilian white this Catarratto from Alessandro di Camporeale, grown strictly organically and left to age on fine lees for at least 8 months in steel.
Simply excellent. Straw-colored with greenish highlights at the glass.
The nose is interesting, floral and above all fruity with strong hints of green apple and lemon, enriched by nuances of flint and spice. The sip is full-bodied, fragrant, interesting and long lasting.
