The chickpeas used for Alce Nero chickpea flour are grown exclusively in Italy. The stone grinding of the chickpea flour allows to obtain an irregular particle size.
It is naturally a source of fiber and protein and ideal for the preparation of flours, biscuits, pancakes and felafel.
